StudioBuilt homes are constructed at a manufacturing studio in Cuero, Texas, building hundreds of new rental homes for communities every year with a full suite of resident services provided by Amherst’s property management affiliate, Main Street Renewal.
Building upon Amherst’s existing scattered-site execution capabilities, this studio-based construction process enables the homes to be completed 50% faster than fully onsite construction, provides better quality controls during the construction process, and is a more sustainable housing product.
